1. About YONGIITA
Who designs the scarves?
All YONGIITA scarves are exclusively designed and composed by Eita Salehoddin, a Malaysian designer with an architectural background based in London. Each piece is original, thoughtfully composed and created in limited quantities.
Where are YONGIITA scarves made?
Our designs are developed in London and crafted by trusted textile partners internationally, selected for their quality, craftsmanship and finishing.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from?
Orders are fulfilled from two locations to ensure efficient delivery:

United Kingdom — for UK, Europe, and Rest of the World

Malaysia — for Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia, and Southeast Asia
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

United Kingdom: 1–3 working days

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. All orders are shipped with tracking.
You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us immediately.
Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
4. Returns, Exchanges & Final Sale
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to hygiene reasons, all YONGIITA purchases are final sale.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been delivered.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
In the rare event of a manufacturing defect or transit-related damage, please contact us promptly.
We will review the matter and assist where appropriate.
5. Product Care
How should I care for my YONGIITA scarf?
To preserve the beauty and longevity of your scarf, we recommend:

For silk-based scarves, professional dry cleaning is recommended.
6. Product Details
What sizes are available?
Most YONGIITA scarves are available in our signature sizes:

Will the colours look exactly like the photos?
We photograph our scarves professionally, but slight variations may occur due to lighting conditions and screen settings. This is normal and not considered a defect.
7. Pre-Orders
What does pre-order mean?
Pre-order items are produced especially for our customers and require additional preparation time. Estimated delivery timelines are clearly stated on each product page.
Can pre-order items be cancelled or returned?
Pre-order items are final sale and cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded, except in the case of a confirmed defect.
Can I combine pre-order and ready-stock items?
Yes. Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped together once all items are ready. If you prefer separate delivery, please place separate orders.
