1. About YONGIITA

Who designs the scarves?

All YONGIITA scarves are exclusively designed by Eita Salehoddin, a Malaysian designer with an architectural background based in London. Each piece is original, thoughtfully composed and produced in limited quantities.

Where are YONGIITA scarves made?

Our designs are developed in London and crafted by carefully selected international textile partners known for their quality, craftsmanship and finishing standards.


2. Shipping & Delivery

Where do you currently ship to?

At this time, YONGIITA London ships exclusively to:

• Malaysia
• Singapore

We are not accepting orders outside these regions at the moment.


How long does delivery take?

Malaysia: 3–5 working days
Singapore: 3–7 working days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by courier operations, peak periods or external factors are beyond our control.


Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive an email containing your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


3. Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods, subject to availability at checkout:

• Credit & Debit Cards
• PayPal
• Shop Pay
• Apple Pay / Google Pay


Can I modify or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us immediately.

Once an order has been dispatched, modifications, cancellations or redirections are no longer possible.


4. Returns, Exchanges & Final Sale

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to hygiene considerations and the nature of our products, all YONGIITA purchases are final sale.

We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered, except in the case of a confirmed error by YONGIITA London or a verified manufacturing defect.


What if I receive an incorrect or defective item?

If you believe you have received:

• An incorrect item
• An incorrect colour or fabric
• A manufacturing defect

You must notify us within 3 calendar days from the recorded delivery date.

Claims submitted after 3 calendar days will not be accepted.

All claims must include:
• Order number
• Clear photographic evidence
• Description of the issue

Each case will be reviewed in accordance with our Delivery & Returns policy.


5. Product Care

How should I care for my YONGIITA scarf?

To preserve the beauty and longevity of your scarf, we recommend:

• Gentle hand wash
• Mild detergent
• Do not bleach
• Lay flat to air dry
• Steam on low heat if required

For silk-based scarves, professional dry cleaning is recommended.

Damage caused by improper washing or handling is not considered a manufacturing defect.


6. Product Details

What sizes are available?

Most YONGIITA scarves are available in our signature sizes:

• 90 × 90 cm
• 115 × 115 cm

Exact dimensions are stated on each product page.


Will the colours match exactly?

We photograph our scarves professionally to reflect accurate colour and texture. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting conditions or screen settings. This is normal and not considered a defect.


7. Pre-Orders

What does pre-order mean?

Pre-order items require additional preparation time. Estimated timelines are stated on the respective product page.


Can pre-order items be cancelled or returned?

Pre-order items are final sale and cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded, except in the case of a verified defect reported within 3 calendar days of delivery.


Can I combine pre-order and ready-stock items?

Yes. Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped together once all items are ready.

If you require separate delivery, please place separate orders.


8. Gifting

Do you offer gift packaging?

Gift packaging services will be available soon.

Can I include a gift message?

This service will be available soon.
