All YONGIITA scarves are designed in London and fulfilled through two main hubs to offer the best regional delivery experience.

Shipping & Delivery

At this time, all YONGIITA orders are delivered via courier service.


Delivery Partners

We work with selected courier partners to ensure your order is delivered safely and with care.

  • Malaysia & Singapore: Ninja Van or selected third-party logistics partners

  • Brunei & international destinations: DHL Express or equivalent international couriers

Courier selection may vary depending on destination and service availability.


Delivery Timeframes

The following delivery times are provided as a general guide:

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 3–5 working days

  • Sabah & Sarawak: 5–10 working days

  • International orders: Approximately 3–4 weeks

International delivery timelines may vary depending on customs clearance, local regulations, and destination zones.

Please note that delivery may occasionally be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or courier operational constraints.


Returned or Undeliverable Parcels

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

If a parcel is returned to YONGIITA due to unsuccessful delivery, incorrect address details, or unavailability at the delivery location, any re-delivery request will be subject to an additional shipping charge.

Upon receiving your order, we recommend inspecting your items promptly.
