Delivery & Returns

Each YONGIITA piece is designed in London and prepared under strict quality control standards to ensure a refined and seamless experience from dispatch to delivery.

At this time, we ship exclusively within Malaysia and Singapore.


Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to:

• Malaysia
• Singapore

Orders from other regions are not accepted at this time.


Estimated Delivery Time

Malaysia: 3–5 working days
Singapore: 3–7 working days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

YONGIITA London is not liable for delays caused by courier services, operational disruptions, peak periods, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

Orders cannot be modified, redirected or cancelled once dispatched.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts or customer unavailability, re-delivery will be subject to additional shipping charges.


Order Inspection (Important)

All items must be inspected immediately upon receipt.

If you believe you have received:

• An incorrect item
• An incorrect colour or fabric
• A manufacturing defect

You must notify us within 3 calendar days from the recorded delivery date.

Claims submitted after 3 calendar days will not be accepted.

All claims must include:

• Order number
• Clear photographic evidence
• Description of the issue

Incomplete or insufficient submissions may result in rejection of the claim.


Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.

Due to hygiene considerations and the nature of our products, YONGIITA London does not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Colour or fabric preference
• Styling expectations
• Delivery delays
• Customer input errors at checkout

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:

• An incorrect item was sent by YONGIITA London, or
• A verified manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Approved returns must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original packaging
• With all tags attached

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for replacement.

Returns sent without prior written approval will not be processed.


Refund Processing (If Approved)

If a claim is approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
• Processing time: 5–10 working days (excluding bank processing time)
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

We reserve the right to decline any claim that does not comply with this policy.
