3) Orders & Availability
All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. Items in your cart are not reserved until checkout is completed.
4) Pre-Orders
Pre-orders require full payment at checkout. Estimated timelines will be shown on the product page. Pre-order purchases are not cancellable and are final sale, except where a confirmed defect applies. If your order includes ready-stock and pre-order items, they may be shipped together unless stated otherwise.
5) Payments
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By paying, you confirm you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways.
6) Promotions & Store Credit
Promo codes/vouchers are single-use unless stated otherwise, cannot be transferred, and must be used within the stated validity period. Store credit (if issued) is linked to the original account and is not redeemable for cash.
7) Final Sale
Due to hygiene reasons, all YONGIITA purchases are final sale. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once delivered. If an item arrives with a verified manufacturing defect or transit-related damage, we may provide an appropriate resolution at our discretion.
8) Delivery
Dispatch and delivery timeframes provided are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, customs clearance, weather, or other factors outside our control.
9) Product Presentation
We aim to display products accurately, but colours may vary slightly across screens and lighting conditions.
10) Intellectual Property
All YONGIITA content (including designs, artwork, photography, text, and logos) belongs to YONGIITA and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

12) Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account via our Contact page or email. Requests are typically processed within a minimum of 7 working days, with confirmation sent once completed.
